Learning and Development Implementation and Administration Required skills and attributes: Learning, development and training – with the ability to design, develop and deliver the content and materials to meet requirements. Event strategy and management – Including planning, scheduling, conducting and promoting an engaging event that leverages interactive experiences and deepens participant connection with the content. Multi-media and audio-visual production – Including live-streaming, technical facilitation and assistance (during event); and recording, production of accessible recorded content for online viewing (post event).
