Due to a large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, we have a new opportunity for a highly experienced and technical minded Learning and Development Program Lead with a rich understanding of both Learning and Development (L&D) and ERP systems, especially in the context of large-scale, enterprise-level program implementations. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and working closely with the Program Change Manager. Leveraging a Change Impact Assessment, you will be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), designing and developing user friendly tailored training programs to support the implementation of new systems and software including Dynamics 365 – F&O, CRM, CE, Field Services, AlayaCare and Medius, and a sustainable training approach to support the business post implementation. Your strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, combined with your L&D expertise, will help you align business goals, user needs, and training objectives within a fast-paced environment. In this hand on role your days will include; Utilising existing Change Impact Assessment to identify training requirements by audience Performing a comprehensive TNA to identify training needs across different project workstreams Collaborating with project team members and business stakeholders to define the scope and objectives aligned to Package deliverables Creating and maintaining a training calendar that aligns with project timelines and milestones Developing detailed training plans, including objectives, content, delivery methods, and assessment criteria Coordinating logistics for training sessions, schedule, venue and resource allocation Delivering training workshops, alongside Subject Matter Experts Working closely with Instructional Designer/s to ensure training delivery and materials developed meet the needs of the audience and project Ensuring training materials are published and accessible by end users, and incorporated into Induction Programs Monitoring and reporting on training progress and effectiveness The ideal candidate will have a curious approach, big picture mindset, the ability to engage effectively and respectfully with stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional teams, in addition to the following; Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent 5+ years demonstrated experience in a similar position Demonstrated skills and experience in Dynamics 365 and other software - Preferred Demonstrated ability to think creatively, identify and explore new training concepts and apply best practice approaches to Learning initiatives Proven experience facilitating training; face to face and virtual Deep capabilities in the application of learning methodologies such as TNA, ADDIE, 70/20/10 Experience in updating and creating training materials Strong coaching / training skills with the ability to positively influence others Proven experience evaluating learning initiatives and reporting the impact on performance Exceptional planning, organisational, budgeting and time management skills Willingness to obtain a Police Check What we can offer you as an employee of Catholic Healthcare Not-for-profit tax benefits - pay less tax Fitness Passport - discounted gym benefits Paid Parental leave Paid Family leave, additional days off each year Long Service leave after 5 years A values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgrounds If you’re looking for a role where you can make a positive impact in a rewarding organisation like ours, we’d love to hear from you.
