Learning and Development Support Officer Salary ranging from $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Job Title: Learning and Development Support Officer Industry: Charity & Voluntary Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory 2600 Role Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Learning and Development Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) by assisting with learning management system maintenance, e-learning content development, testing and maintenance of e-learning courses, customer support, and data reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills with a keen attention to detail. Skills Required: Strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer skills Experience with Totara Learn or Moodle LMS is desirable Experience with Articulate e-learning authoring software is desirable Responsibilities: Assist with LMS maintenance Test and maintain e-learning courses Provide customer support Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications or professional experience in learning and development, human resources, or vocational education and training sector is highly desirable Experience in a similar role or experience with e-learning development tools is highly desirable Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is highly desirable Three Highlights of Working in this Role/Team: Opportunity for upskilling in Learning Management System administration and e-learning development.
