What this opportunity involves: Are you an experienced professional in lease administration with a strong track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lease Administration Manager in Melbourne. As a Lease Administration Manager, you will be overseeing a small team of Lease Administrators to ensure smooth delivery of lease administration services of your assigned portfolio. An overview of the role: Managing client relationships and contractual arrangements, ensuring all client-based key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded Ensuring compliance with SOC1 standards and maintaining up-to-date lease administration operations guides Driving organic growth and identifying pricing opportunities on existing accounts Leading and coordinating successful transitions and major rental reconciliations with discrepancies or arrears Demonstrating a strong understanding of rent roll data and conducting AP vs AR reconciliations Providing timely responses to regional and global reporting requirements and implementing recommended procedures Maintaining high client satisfaction and adequately staffing the account Retaining high-performing staff and implementing succession plans for critical positions Managing and providing guidance to the Lease Administration team, creating a supportive learning environment Serving as the first point of contact for lease administration performance or information resolution Collaborating with account and internal stakeholders to enhance current systems, processes, and structures Ensuring data integrity across systems and conducting regular data audits Training and coaching of new staff on applications, compliance, and lease administration processes Sound like the job you are looking for?
