Housing Plus is a leading NFP Community Services Provider with a 40 year history, providing social and affordable housing, domestic violence, homelessness and other community support services in NSW. We are currently looking for someone to join our housing team in Orange as the Leasehold/Housing Officer . This is a full time , permanent role, working 38 hours , Monday to Friday. Responsibilities will include: Building and managing our Leaseholds portfolio in Orange; Building strong relationships with the local real estate market; Ensuring targets are achieved; and Managing all tenancies within the Leaseholds portfolio including sign-ups, inspections, and maintenance. To be successful, ideally you will have: Experience in real estate; Intermediate IT skills; Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; Highly organised and energetic attitude; Experience working with vulnerable client groups; An understanding of the needs of people on low incomes; A desire to make a difference in our community. You will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.
