Role Purpose BresicWhitney is searching for a proactive Leasing Executive to join our Inner Sydney Team. As an ultimate team player, you will have the energy to succeed and deliver an exceptional customer experience that is aligned with our values of Wise Judgment, Excellence, Honesty, Togetherness, Courage & Humility. Managing the leasing process from end to end and running your campaign independently; you will manage conversations with your clients including mastering the art of negotiation, reference checks, and matching people to property, closing the process with a level of sophistication and professionalism. What you bring to us We are looking for an individual that has an extraordinary work ethic and can consistently work towards a high level of excellence whilst understanding the bigger picture. Working in a close-knit team, this role also includes: Providing an exceptional customer experience for all encounters Collaborating with the Leasing, Property Management, and Sales teams to deliver efficient outcomes Responding to general inquiries from potential tenants in a timely manner Conducting Open for Inspections in alignment with BresicWhitney standards and values Driving successful and efficient outcomes through open communication with clients and customers with a solution-oriented mindset.
