Lecturer – Business & Workforce Management Up to $111,253 pa + 17% super + 6 weeks leave Continuing full time appointmentTeaching Focused Academic Level A – up to $111,253 paPlus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leaveAlice Springs Campus To contribute to the teaching effort of programs provided by the Business & Workforce Management team About the Position As the Lecturer – Business & Workforce Management , you will be required to prepare, deliver and assess students to the competency standards of nationally accredited training packages in line with best teaching practices and industry standards. About You To be successful, you will require: Possess education, training and/or relevant industry experience equivalent to completing a Diploma in Business, Project Management or Human Resource Management. Demonstrated experience providing training within a workplace setting or educational institution in Business and Commerce. Experience in researching and developing training tools to meet the needs of students and/or industry clients. Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including communicating culturally sensitively with internal and external stakeholders to whom English may not be the first language. Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team. Competency with the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software packages. Remuneration Appointment to this role will be at Teaching Focused Level A. The base salary will be in the range of $74,157 - $111,253 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $86,763- $130,166 per annum, including 17% superannuation. What’s in it for you?
