Strong understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, Australian Curriculum documents, and the Early Years Learning Framework. Familiarity with university standards, academic writing, and research, including the ability to engage in research aligned with institutional strengths and secure external grants. Proven experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, utilising multi-modal delivery strategies, and contributing to curriculum development and evaluation. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and foster a positive team culture.
