Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm. An exciting 12 month FTC opportunity now exists for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team in Sydney, supporting a highly regarded partner (national practice group leader) and a small team of lawyers. This role will be well suited to an organised and proactive administrative assistant who is capable of prioritising and taking responsibility for their day to day tasks. The role is a 12 month contract role with the potential for the role to become permanent. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with clients and stakeholders Assisting and coordinating high level events and business development activities Managing travel and accommodation bookings File management Matter opening Managing calendars and appointments Billing, time coding and reporting Required skills and personal attributes: Demonstrated administrative support experience within a legal environment Outstanding organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and commitments High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.
