The Opportunity: This role offers the chance to support a dynamic group of solicitors in a fast-paced and highly social environment. About the Role: As the Legal Assistant for the Funds M&A team, you will be integral to the smooth operation of the group, providing support to five solicitors. This role is particularly focused on billing, so experience in managing complex, multi-step monthly billing processes is essential. The team is highly collaborative and enjoys spending time together outside of work, making it an excellent fit for someone who values strong team relationships. Working Arrangements: Four days in the office with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays. Ideal Candidate: At least 18 months of experience as a Legal Assistant, with 2-3 years being preferred. Proven billing experience is a must. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in a busy practice group is advantageous. Professional, dedicated, and able to think on their feet—problem-solving is key in this role. Must be fully committed during working hours (9am to 5pm), with a focus on delivering high-quality support. Why This Firm?
