Looking for a 4 to 8 years PQE level Lawyer from either an inhouse or a law firm environment with either broad knowledge of corporations and securities law, in house sell side global markets or brokerage related legal experience otherwise financial markets, funds or corporate/M&A backgrounds more generally would all be highly regarded. A smart Lawyer, strong academics, law firm training and interest and understanding in the cross border nature of the work/environment would equally be a good fit.
