Hold or be able to obtain a current, unrestricted Practicing Certificate. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Using highly developed (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders. Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience advising on contract and intellectual property matters. Using initiative and being self-directed in order to achieve positive outcomes for the University and stakeholders. Experience working with and maintaining client confidentiality and legal professional privilege.
