We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Lending Fulfillment Officer to join our growing team! You'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately, while providing exceptional support to our members and third parties along the way. This is a 12-month contract role with possible extension Responsibilities Working as part of our growing account fulfilment team, you will be responsible for the processing of mortgage loan documentation and mortgage settlements. Ensure accurate completion of mortgage settlement documentation. Provide instructions within timeframes on mortgage discharges and settlements to solicitors. Preparation of loan funding documents. Process improvement across existing methods. About You While experience across lending, settlements or discharges is ideal, we are open to candidates with banking experience (branch, call centre or customer service) looking to grow their skillset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
