Role Type: Permanent, Full time (40 hours per week)Role Location: 55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 What will your day look like? Your key accountabilities would be but not limited to: Customer – Exceptional Client Experience and Client Satisfaction as it relates to lending needs and solutions on an end to end basis People – Seamlessly collaborating with frontline bankers across functions, sponsoring deals through credit risk to ensure the identified risks are mitigated and credits fall within the Bank’s risk appetite Process / Risk – Execution of all Lending activities are completed in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and a high quality of analysis, management & reporting of Credit, Market, Operational & Compliance key risks Reputation – Ensuring best interests of the client and the bank are in line with community expectations Financial – Delivery of risk which balances business, customer and regulatory requirements What will you bring? To be successful in the role, you will have the following: Proven experience within a Banking/Financial services industry Some years of experience in a lending capacity Well proven stakeholder management and influencing skills You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
