Join Our Client's Team as a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst We are supporting a highly regarded tech firm as they seek a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic team in Sydney's southern suburbs. This is a great opportunity for a L1 or junior Level 2 Technical Support Engineer, who lives and breathes customer service and who wants to support clients both remotely and on site. This role with an MSP will see you support a large number of users, along with a large, diverse client base, spending 30% of your time with clients and the remainder in their office responding to tickets. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support to a diverse range of clients, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for a variety of software and hardware issues. Document support requests and resolutions in a clear and concise manner in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Set up new computers or rebuild with standard software, email, etc. Assist in rollouts, software and hardware updates. Maintenance and administration of clients’ AD and Microsoft 365 services. You will bring to the role: A highly motivated attitude, passion for customer service and excellent communication skills . Pro-active approach and a 'can do' attitude. Strong knowledge of Office automation products, databases and remote control, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Basic network knowledge across layer 1, 2, and 3. A car and current NSW Drivers Licence.
