This is an exciting opportunity for: Level 1 Anaesthetic/Recovery Registered Nurses, or Experienced Registered Nurses interested in upskilling into this role. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a Clinical Nurse Educator , gaining hands-on experience in theatre, cath lab, and endoscopy suites. As part of the supported training program, you'll have access to an accredited anaesthetic training program at Calvary's expense , equipping you with the skills to thrive in your new role. As a Level 2 Anaesthetic/Recovery Registered Nurse, you will: Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred care. Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide leadership in the anaesthetic and/or recovery specialty. Enhance service delivery and ensure optimal patient care in accordance with Calvary Health Care's mission and values. What You Bring: Post graduate experience in the perioperative setting and a post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline, or working towards same AHPRA Registration. Recent clinical experience in an acute care or hospital setting. Ability to work autonomously, proficiently, and in an organised manner during periods of high demand. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. A desire to contribute to a mission-based organisation dedicated to patient care.
