Job Description Provide Level 1/2 technical support to staff members Resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively Manage and escalate unresolved issues to the Level 3 support team Monitor and maintain the IT helpdesk ticketing system Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software (printers, mobile devices, routers etc.) Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and practices Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures Contribute to IT projects as required The Successful Applicant A successful Level 2 Helpdesk Officer should have: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry Strong knowledge of Windows servers and Microsoft O365 applications Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff The ability to work well in a team and independently A commitment to providing excellent customer service What's on Offer A competitive hourly rate of between AUD $40.00 and AUD $46.00 plus super Opportunity to work in a large professional services organization Opportunities for professional development and growth Office based environment preferred, flexible options available for the right candidate If you're a motivated Level 1/2 Helpdesk Officer looking for your next challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
