This role will support all technology platforms at a group level and deliver projects and enhancements that will ensure ongoing success.Some of the key tasks include: Provide Helpdesk support to the end user community for IT issues across multiple sites. Administer user profiles, access permissions, and maintain user accounts. Manage the internal IT environment including Windows servers, Active Directory, Firewalls, switches, and routers. Oversee hardware including maintenance, upgrades, and replacement. Install, configure, test, and maintain software applications. About You!Will ideally come from an IT support background, either internal Helpdesk or MSP. Holds an IT degree or comparable qualification/product certifications. Is skilled with SQL & Crystal reports. Interpersonally, you are a self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team. You are a ‘hands-on’ person who is looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and experience to advance your career.
