Location: The Rocks Company: Macro Recruitment Description: For Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst to support financial management for a Federal Government department. A Contract Full Time within a reputable government positioning. Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Salary guide: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour. Location: Sydney. Your normal day will involve: Assisting in the development, monitoring, and management of budgets and financial plans. Performing detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Providing reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior stakeholders on financial performance. Analyzing financial data to support decision-making and policy implementation. Contributing to risk management assessments and the development of mitigation strategies. Supporting financial compliance activities, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and policies. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Assisting in the implementation of systems and processes to improve financial efficiency. Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve financial queries.
