What success looks like in this role: Strives for high levels of client satisfaction for the products/solutions supported. Responds to escalated problems in a timely and accurate manner and ensures that Service Level Agreements are met. Documents resolutions to reported problems, as well as transition plans for new solutions. Identifies product and documentation deficiencies and makes suggestions for improvement and automation, for both colleagues and clients. Ticket and queue management of Incident, Problem and Change Management. Takes pride in resolving client issues and helping shape their IT future with the most efficient and effective environment possible. Skills/Training Desired: Microsoft SCCM/MECM and/or Intune MOE / SOE, Task Sequence and Advanced Group Policy Management Applications Packaging (both native and App-V), including PowerShell and VBScript SQL Server and Database administration skillsets M365 Suite apps, including MS Teams, Exchange, and PowerBI. Citrix Server and VDI environments Understanding of Microsoft O365 and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS or similar) Symantec Anti-Virus and End Point Management Industry Certifications highly desirable (specifically Microsoft and Cloud certification) ITIL V3 Certification highly desired It is essential that all candidates are Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain & hold a minimum Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred). Existing security clearances would be an advantage. You will be successful in this role if you have: Minimum of Baseline Security Clearance (NV1 preferred). Experience in 3rd Level Desktop/Endpoint support to an Enterprise Environment. SOE Creation, Maintenance, and Deployment, including Windows and Security Updates. Experience in the M365 stack – InTune, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online. Experience in a Windows 10 and Windows 11 environment; experience with migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 will be very valuable. Experience and knowledge of SCCM and MECM infrastructure. Applications Packaging and Deployment, both native and virtual. PowerShell automation and scripting. Manage Security Products including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardening. Experience working with BAU and Project teams, and documenting solutions. Microsoft and ITIL certifications not required, but beneficial. Must be an Australian Citizen and minimum Baseline Security clearance required. This role is to assist a large Government client with a transition of its endpoint fleet to a modern device management stack, utilizing industry best practices and modern supported toolsets. This work will include both project and BAU phases and will have a requirement to be on-site with the client; however, a flexible Office/WFH solution is available to meet these needs.
