You’ll work closely with experienced health professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment to deliver high-quality care.About The Role: As an Occupational Therapist within TACP, you will:Provide advanced assessment and intervention for older adults in rehabilitation and aged care settings. Support clients in their transition from hospital to home, ensuring they have the skills and supports needed for independent living. Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals. Manage a diverse caseload, requiring strong time management, flexibility, and adaptability. Work both autonomously and as part of a team, making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults and their carers. About You: We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who:Has advanced clinical skills in aged care and rehabilitation. Is flexible, adaptable, and highly organised in managing workload demands. Works effectively in both team-based and independent settings. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is passionate about enhancing the independence and well-being of older adults.
