Levies Team Leader - Long Service Corporation, Fair TradingClerk Grade: 7/8Salary range: $110,266 – $122,058 + superannuation and leave loadingDuration: Ongoing, Full-timeLocation: Gosford (will generally be expected to come into the office 2-3 times per week as a minimum, with Gosford mandatory for 2 days per week. Within Fair Trading and Regulatory Services, the Long Service Corporation manages building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry portable long service schemes. An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are seeking applications for a Team Leader role (Grade 7/8) for the Levies team, Long Service Corporation. Key Challenges: Leading a team dealing with a wide range of matters in a high volume or sensitive customer focused frontline environment by demonstrating resilience. Responding to team and business enquiries and completing administrative and processing tasks within defined service standards. Providing advice on current policies and procedures and knowledge of and the ability to interpret the current legislation administered by the Long Service Corporation. Keeping up to date with the range, pace and complexity of information and knowledge required to deliver quality service. To be successful in this role, you will: Supervise, monitor and organise daily team activities to ensure the delivery of LSC services enhances customer experience and meets business performance requirements, quality assurance and service levels. Work collaboratively with Customer Service Coordinators to determine focus action items to be completed by team. Support training of team members to develop the skills to work on various items as prioritised by yourself and Coordinators. Coach, mentor and develop your team, conducting regular meetings, 1:1’s and performance discussions with team members. Provide feedback to team members and Coordinators as appropriate to proactively manage the team's workload. Use your extensive knowledge of best practice processes, procedures, legislation and systems to support the team and ensure their success.
