You will play a core role in delivering on Council's commitment to creating a community that is informed, engaged, creative and connected. You will support the creation of an Extraordinary Wollongong by delivering high quality services across WCL locations and functional areas. This includes providing direct customer service, supporting programs and services.Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service across all library locations. Support various programs and services provided by Wollongong City Libraries. Minimum Requirements: Experience in customer service.
