Undertake technical duties including document delivery, acquisition of library materials, implementing collection management procedures and bibliographic tasks including cataloguing, record creation and amendment for library resources. Apply established solutions to procedural and related problems and issues. Resolve or refer client enquiries. Duties: Provide technical advice and assistance to staff and students. Perform document delivery and acquisition of library materials. Implement collection management procedures. Conduct bibliographic tasks including cataloguing and record management. Resolve or refer client enquiries. Period of Appointment: Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1. Hours per fortnight: 20 hours per fortnight - 40 weeks per year Minimum Requirements: Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment).
