As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Licensed Surveyor / Senior Engineering Surveyor to join our experienced team and play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying solutions. The Role We are looking for an experienced Licensed Surveyor / Senior Engineering Surveyor to take a lead role in engineering, construction, and cadastral surveying projects. You will be responsible for project management, technical oversight, and mentoring junior surveyors, ensuring our services meet regulatory and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and conduct engineering, construction, and cadastral surveys for a variety of projects. Oversee set out, monitoring, and as-built surveys for infrastructure and development projects. Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and client specifications. Use advanced surveying technology, including GPS, Total Stations, LiDAR, and UAVs. Prepare and review survey reports, drawings, and documentation. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior surveyors. Work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver accurate, timely results. About You Degree or Diploma in Surveying or relevant qualifications. Licensed Surveyor (WA) (or eligibility for registration) – highly desirable. Strong experience in engineering, construction, or cadastral surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12d Model & Field, and other industry software. Experience with GNSS, GIS, laser scanning, and UAV technologies. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
