Licensee to 180 agents in our WA office, this is an exciting and dynamic role for the right candidate. You will be supported by a large team and have control over the compliance for all our sales agents. The systems and processes in place make the role an end point, not the starting point for any compliance related issues. About the Role: As licensee you will report directly to the General Manager WA. You will be responsible for ensuring all contractual compliance is met and kept up to date for our agents and staff. This role is a hands-on leadership role and an integral part of the management team. Strong Western Australian real estate legislative knowledge is essential. You will work with agents on compliance and contractual matters, and ensure agents and internal staff have support when required on any enquiries. This role is supported by a large experienced team. Minimum Requirements: Must have relevant experience in a similar senior leadership role. Must have a valid real estate license for Western Australia and up to date CPD requirements. The ability to foster teamwork, transparency, and accountability within a team. A can-do attitude and desire to work for a high performing culture. Our culture and people are our biggest assets.
