We're recruiting a variety of new roles in advance of the WNBL 2025/26 season – a move reflecting a strategic effort to enhance the management and operations of the WNBL, ensuring it aligns with broader goals for growth, visibility, and competitive success within women's basketball. What You'll Do As Licensing, Brand & Community Manager , you'll play a crucial role in driving the WNBL's branded product growth and community engagement initiatives. This dynamic position combines commercial acumen with community impact, leading our licensing programs while fostering grassroots participation in women's basketball. Key Responsibilities: Licensing & Brand Management Drive the WNBL's branded product range and royalty revenue through strategic licensing initiatives. Oversee new product development with licensees from concept to launch. Manage licensee relationships and ensure brand guideline compliance. Lead integration of licensing initiatives with broader marketing and commercial calendar. Community Engagement & Impact Develop and implement community programs that drive basketball participation. Collaborate with clubs and schools to create inclusive environments for young players. Organize and deliver school programs, player appearances, and modified competitions. Manage 'Working with Children' compliance across WNBL clubs. Stakeholder & Program Management Work with sponsors to fulfill community program commitments. Coordinate merchandise distribution and promotional activities. Track and report on program success and community impact. Manage licensing budget and maintain royalty tracking systems. What You Bring Strong commercial acumen with experience in licensing or brand management. Proven track record in community engagement and program delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving abilities. Experience in sports or community program management. Passion for growing women's sport, particularly basketball. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to travel as required. Why Join Us?
