A Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for engaging customers throughout their journey with a company, from acquisition to retention and loyalty. The role focuses on creating targeted marketing campaigns that nurture leads, increase customer engagement, and drive long-term value. Job Description Key Accountabilities Customer Journey Creation: Design and optimise comprehensive customer journeys that engage and nurture leads throughout their lifecycle, ensuring tailored touchpoints that align with customer behaviours. Email Marketing & Automation: Lead the development and execution of email campaigns across the customer lifecycle, leveraging HubSpot, Iterable and other platforms for segmentation, automation, and personalisation. Manage all email marketing activities, including welcome series, onboarding, re-engagement, and retention campaigns for customers and partners. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilise data to measure, analyse, and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing initiatives. Generate insights to drive improvements and inform strategy. Monitor key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention. A/B Testing & Optimisation: Plan and execute A/B tests on email campaigns and other touchpoints to optimize messaging, timing, and design for improved engagement and conversions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience. Customer Segmentation & Personalisation: Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalised marketing to different customer groups, maximizing engagement and lifetime value. Email copywriting: Craft compelling, customer-centric email copy that resonates with different audience segments at various stages of the lifecycle. Ensure that the tone, messaging, and call-to-actions align with the brand's voice and objectives, driving engagement and conversions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Proven experience using HubSpot and Iterable (or another customer communications platform) for marketing automation, email campaign management, and reporting is a must. Strong experience in creating and optimising customer journeys, with a deep understanding of how to move customers from awareness to purchase and repeat purchase across various channels and touchpoints. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, automation, and lifecycle campaigns, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
