Job Description

#TeamSPB is currently seeking a dynamic Litigation Associate to join our highly regarded Litigation Practice Group in our Perth office. Working directly with the female partner, along with a high performing team of senior and junior associates, you will be involved in a wide range of complex commercial and regulatory disputes work including general commercial litigation, insolvency, and regulatory matters (including advice, investigations and defence of prosecutions) across a variety of industry sectors such as mining, energy and resources, real estate, manufacturing, retail, technology, entertainment, sports and government. To succeed in this role, you will be 2 years PQE with solid general commercial litigation experience working in a high performing litigation team, ideally within a mid to top tier private practice firm. You will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, a high-level attention to detail and a genuine passion for the law. You will also be bright, self-motivated and have strong communication skills.
