Act for international and national clients, advising on large scale, complex commercial and general litigation matters with a focus on construction, infrastructure and professional indemnity liability disputes. Associate / Senior Associate - Litigation & Disputes – 4-12 years’ PAE Join a supportive and down-to-earth team with extensive client contact, advising major corporations, SMEs, and HNW individuals. Provide strategic litigation and dispute resolution services across a variety of disputes including estate litigation, general commercial litigation, contract disputes, shareholders and business disputes, and property disputes. Manage your own file load with extensive client contact and support from Partners who genuinely look after their people. Who we are looking for: We would like to speak with lawyers with 1-12+ years’ PAE who have a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution from a national/international firm, boutique firm, or suburban law firm. Ideally, you will have experience in commercial, commercial litigation and/or insurance law.
