Rentokil Pest Control in Adelaide has an excellent opportunity for a local Service Manager - Pest to join our team servicing the Adelaide region on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Pest Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction. The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to: Supervise, develop and coach the Pest Technician team Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety toolbox meetings Conduct regular quality audits Induct new staff members to the team Manage and schedule service runs Administration related to servicing activities Manage customer feedback Cover service runs for Pest Technicians when required The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years) Certificate IV Frontline Management (desirable) Excellent customer service and negotiation skills People management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI’s Time management skills A current Australian Driver's licence is essential Please note that our recruitment process involves the completion of reference checks, medical checks, and police checks.
