The Opportunity We are looking for a customer-focused Logistics Consultant to join us in a permanent full-time capacity. This role is pivotal in providing support to TripADeal suppliers by preparing, collating and sending TripADeal customer bookings to enable their travel dreams to come true! Organisational Structure Reporting to our Customer Operations & Logistics Manager, this position will be based in our Byron Bay office. This role is 100% onsite. Working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose! A Day in the Life Work as part of a team to coordinate with suppliers to secure group travel arrangements for TripADeal customers. Manage inbound and outbound supplier communications, as well as customer travel documentation. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure group travel arrangements run smoothly. Communicate booking information to external operators. Finalise and send final travel documentation to customers ahead of departure. Assist with customer and group booking emergencies when required. Provide support to our Product team when required. To be a Front Running Candidate Tertiary qualifications in customer service, event management, tourism, business, administration or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience. Demonstrated experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills. Strong time management and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks with a sense of urgency. Experience in the travel industry is highly regarded. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check. Why TripADeal?
