About the role The Logistics Coordinator role sits within our Vendor Management Team, which is the critical connector between Category Management and the Fulfilment Centre teams. This team is the go-to contact for authoring contracts, managing vendor compliance, processing delivery bookings, and ensuring international shipments are delivered in the most efficient way. This team exists to deliver world-class vendor onboarding and operational efficiencies. What you'll be responsible for Ensure the day-to-day execution of logistics operations, including booking shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues in transit. Manage the smooth operation of projects and cases including filing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents. Manage suppliers by negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing risks, and ensuring business needs are met. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals. Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions. Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
