This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations, fostering strong customer relationships, and optimising supply chain activities to align with business objectives.This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of global trade activities. If you are passionate about logistics and supply chain management, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and clients while managing inquiries and leads effectively. Prepare and review import/export documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Coordinate shipments by collaborating with freight forwarders and logistics providers, tracking shipments, and managing customs clearance. Work with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and finance, to align operations with overall business goals. Maintain detailed records of transactions to support audits and ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in a similar role. Familiarity with customs regulations, trade compliance, Incoterms, and tariff classifications. Proven experience collaborating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
