Logistics Operational Excellence Analyst, Amazon Logistics Job ID: 2883659 | Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd An exciting new role has become available for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team. Reporting to the Regional ACES Manager, you will drive process excellence within our Amazon Last Mile Delivery business. You will contribute to the optimisation of our Delivery Station operations, providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve performance.This is a highly collaborative role where you will work to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. You will create effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams to enable overall process alignment.Please note this role will be based in a delivery station (Sydney, NSW) and will require 25% travel within Australia. You will need to be comfortable working across non-traditional shift patterns which include nights and weekends.Candidate must have own transportation to visit sites within NSW area. Key Responsibilities: Act as a firsthand contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking. Work on effective change processes and contribute to network standardisation via best practice sharing. Monitor the logistics and delivery success through set in station and on road performance indicators. Set up action plans and execute them to drive current performance to benchmark rates. Contribute to audit initiatives and support results-driven action planning. Contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station, partnering with station management and key stakeholders. Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements and ongoing benchmarking initiatives. Ensure station teams understand benchmark rates and are trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boosts. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree.2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience in the logistics industry.Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Excel (Intermediate). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other OE tools.Experience in coding SQL.
