The Role: As the Service & Logistics Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their logistics and maintenance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering the opportunity to collaborate with teams across various departments, including R&D and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Oversee logistics operations and maintenance from the company’s central Brisbane DC. Manage mechanic supervisors and inventory personnel to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with R&D and manufacturing to enhance technology and tailor solutions for the ANZ market. Implement strategies to optimize operational performance and ensure safety compliance . What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a dynamic and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong mechanical/logistics expertise with proven leadership capabilities. Tech-savviness and a passion for innovation. Ability to manage and motivate distributed teams.
