Job Description Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, agents, and clients. Act as a proactive point of contact for managing inquiries and resolving issues. Efficiently handle and follow up on leads to support business growth. Prepare, review, and verify import/export documentation for accuracy. Ensure compliance with relevant international trade regulations and company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust documentation accordingly. Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportation. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address delays or issues. Oversee customs clearance processes to ensure smooth delivery of goods. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and finance teams to synchronise operations. Contribute to aligning import/export activities with overarching business goals. Foster a team-oriented environment to enhance work flow and efficiency. Skills & Experience Minimum 1-2 years in administration, preferably in import/export or logistics.
