The opportunity Delaware North Australia is now hiring a Lucky North Manager to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. The purpose of this role is managing the Lucky North team to increase the number of members, the overall visitation and revenue. Collaborate with the team to create a marketing plan for Lucky North Club promotions to deliver the required objectives. Lead the Executive Host and Host team members to provide effective management of their membership base as well as delivering superior customer experiences for all Lucky North guests. Arrange functions and events for Lucky North guests and host as appropriate. Work with the analytics team to identify any opportunity for business growth. Monthly reporting to executive management on VIP Gaming business. Effective management of the Lucky North team members, including Executive Hosts, Hosts and Service staff to achieve a high level of staff engagement, individual development and team effectiveness. More About You Strong experience and proven success in a senior gaming management role in a casino environment. Experience in data analysis, loyalty or data-base marketing and relationship marketing. Experience in developing and staging targeted functions and events that successfully drive increased visitation and spend from high value gambling customers. Experience managing a high performing small team that delivers short and longer term growth. Solid understanding of gaming machine and table gaming VIP customer segments.
