About the Role As the Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a world-class luxury fit-out in Regional NSW. Acting as the client-side representative, you will collaborate with designers, consultants, and the head contractor to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and design excellence. About the Client Our client is a premier Australian developer known for delivering large-scale developments. They seek an experienced Project Manager with a background in luxury fit-outs to drive this landmark project to completion. Key Responsibilities Act as the client-side lead, ensuring seamless execution with the head contractor. Oversee cost planning, budget management, and project governance. Manage tendering, contract administration, and procurement processes. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance. Identify and resolve design or construction challenges to maintain project integrity. Ensure all works align with the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship. Maintain a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and stakeholder expectations. What You Bring Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, or Engineering. Proven experience delivering high-end fit-out projects. Strong attention to detail, quality, and luxury finishes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work onsite in Regional NSW for the project duration.
