The Move, Add, and Change Manager is responsible for overseeing a specific business requirement within an assigned client account to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives. This role focuses on developing interpersonal structures, driving continuous improvement, and managing projects effectively to ensure timely and successful delivery. A strong interest in modern site operations and the ability to create and maintain spectacular office spaces is essential. Success in this position relies on excellent stakeholder management skills to build trust and alignment, coupled with acute attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in all aspects of work. Main Duties Collaborate with clients, peers, subordinates, or a combination thereof to define, implement, and manage processes for MAC (Move, Add, Change) and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) projects. Drive synergies and efficiencies across the MAC/FF&E organisation. Ensure the assigned work group meets key performance indicators while adhering to organisational and client policies. Make strategic recommendations to optimise operations and project outcomes. Provide regular organisational business reports to the Managing Director for the assigned client account. Balance the needs of customers, employees, and shareholders while achieving organisational objectives. Recruit and manage resources to successfully meet project portfolio requirements. Foster and manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, holding them accountable for timely and consistent delivery. Identify and resolve inefficiencies and deficiencies in vendor products or services. Develop, implement, and maintain a succession plan for the Accommodation Services Manager. Create persuasive presentations on complex topics for employees, clients, and senior leadership. Ensure all service providers and vendors deliver consistent, high-quality services at a fair value. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in computing, facilities management, building, business, or a related field will be preferred. Hold the Australian Citizenship or in the process of obtaining it. Experience 3-5 years of experience with the system administration of Serraview. 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related sector, with a focus on people management. Experience with Corrigo systems, with a focus on effectively using facilities management systems with the ability to learn and adopt fast. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying clear and concise information across multiple teams and disciplines within the department. Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex situations effectively. Excellent customer service and service delivery, with a track record of meeting client needs. Strong organisational skills, able to work under tight deadlines and prioritise workload effectively. Strong stakeholder management skills with proficient in vendor management for specialised services. Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements. Ability to work cohesively within a team and effectively with client management systems. Preferred Skills Client Focus & Relationship Management: Proactive in delivering excellent service, engaging clients effectively, and managing relationships at all levels. Skilled in balancing client and firm needs and handling conflict with a positive, customer-focused attitude. Project Management & Organizational Skills: Strong in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple complex operational issues simultaneously. Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with a quantitative approach.
