Responsibilities: Expert Diagnosis: Provide expert advice regarding the current mechanical condition of vehicles. Thorough Diagnosis: Utilize your skills to diagnose and ensure the correct operation of vehicles. Mechanical Repairs: Skillfully repair mechanical parts, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems. Guidance and Mentorship: Offer guidance and training to apprentice service technicians, fostering a positive learning environment. Safety Priority: Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialized equipment. Team Spirit: Contribute to building and maintaining a positive team spirit within our easy-going and friendly atmosphere. Requirements: Trade Qualification: Possess an Australian Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic or equivalent. Experience: Preferably Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in motor mechanics. Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. Problem-Solving: Showcase excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Dealership Experience: Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not essential. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently without supervision.
