Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Cost Management division is recruiting for a MEP Senior Cost Manager in Sydney. Working within friendly, professional and highly successful teams and reporting to the relevant regional Director, you will work across various projects including Defence, Health and Commercial. Responsibilities: Leading the team to deliver MEP services for the life of the project from feasibility cost planning to agreement of final account. Manage and develop our team to deliver our MEP services. Lead MEP bid opportunities. Working with the Queensland Director to continue to grow our MEP cost management opportunities. Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports. Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan to internal & external clients. Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes. Minimum Requirements: Must be in Australia with full working rights. A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering desired. MRICS / AIQS accreditation or equivalent ideal. Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment. Great understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. Experience in the cost management sector. Proficient in the use of CostX. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail. Team player with the ability to work autonomously. Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills. Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently. Understanding of / or interest in alternative technologies and ecologically sustainable design. Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
