M&S Assistant Manager - New Opening Warwick Hospital 40 hours, Fully flexible We're currently recruiting a dedicated M&S Assistant Manager to join our team in a new opening at Warwick Hospital to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. In the role of an M&S Assistant Manager, you'll be involved in orchestrating exceptional customer service delivery and shouldering the responsibility for maintaining accurate stock levels and cash management on site. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated support to the manager, overseeing daily operations, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional experiences. Your Key Responsibilities: Managing all Store Operating Targets and KPIs Leading and developing a motivated, committed, and high-performing store management team Driving operational, visual, and customer service standards in store Working with the visual team to manage standards and displays within the store All mandatory & specialised training to ensure customer proposition is met Brand integrity and market awareness Effective communication to all store team members Store compliance and health and safety procedures Ensuring that all key PDR and ER policies are adhered to and delivered across the business.
