The Role: We’re looking for an experienced MSP IT professional who excels in both technical expertise and solution sales. You’ll be the go-to person for assessing client IT environments, providing professional solutions, and actively contributing to business development. You’ll work alongside a dynamic, high-performing team, helping drive the success of our clients and the growth of Techknow IT. Key Responsibilities: MSP-Specific Technical Expertise: Management of Microsoft 365 Tenancies, including user management, business apps, Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams. Proficient in 3CX, RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) software, and IT service management platforms. Experience with a broad range of hardware, including Windows and Mac workstations, firewall appliances, managed business antivirus solutions, managed switches, NAS, wireless APs, modems/routers, and Windows Servers. Solid understanding of ISP NBN connections and SIP services. Client Interaction & Communication: Conduct initial IT environmental scans of new and existing clients, identifying issues and providing professional, tailored solutions. Develop and pitch strategic IT solutions to clients, showcasing how Techknow IT can improve their operations, security, and scalability. Provide clear, professional recommendations that align with clients' business goals and objectives and current IT best practices. Sales and Business Development: Pursue new client leads, develop strategies to engage potential customers, and increase the company’s client base. Be proactive and self-motivated in identifying and creating new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to refine service offerings and contribute to solution development. Team Collaboration & Company Culture: Work closely with fellow technicians, engineers, and business development staff to deliver seamless IT solutions. Contribute to our positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and working towards common goals. Engage in continuous learning and professional development, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements. Who We’re Looking For: MSP Experience: Prior experience working within an MSP environment, managing multiple clients, and delivering proactive IT solutions. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with MSP tools, including Microsoft 365, 3CX, RMM software, and IT infrastructure. Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable working directly with clients to assess their IT needs and pitch solutions that add value to their business. Business Development Mindset: Able to identify and pursue new business leads, with a focus on both acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships. Team-Oriented: A collaborative, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys contributing to company success. Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
