The role is a key contributor to high-quality team investment decisions that set our client's tactical asset allocation positions and the design of our asset class portfolios. The role leads the assessment of key economic and other macro drivers, particularly the climate change thematic, that influence investment return and risk. About the role As Macro Research Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping investment decisions by providing high-quality macro research and insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of macroeconomics, sustainability, and investment strategy, helping to drive stronger, more informed investment decisions at multiple levels of our portfolio construction efforts. You'll be responsible for: Synthesizing global economic information and third-party research into actionable investment research and recommendations. Developing and maintaining macro models and dashboards to support decision-making. Assessing climate-related risks and sustainability factors and their impact on financial markets. Collaborating with our portfolio managers to embed macro views within portfolio strategies. Producing clear, concise research papers and presentations to inform investment decisions and be involved in communication of these ideas internally and to clients. Contributing to the continuous improvement of analytical frameworks and research methodologies.
