Commercial Asset Maintenance - Maroochydore, QLD JOB DESCRIPTION About us We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning and maintenance company specializing in commercial and strata high-end cleaning and grounds maintenance services. We have a reputable business blended with a culture of a supportive and fun work team. Role We are looking for honest, reliable, hardworking individuals with direct experience in commercial cleaning and maintenance. This role can be fulfilled by multiple casual roles with the view for transition to permanent and supervisory roles for the right applicants. Multifunctional role as a Cleaning & Maintenance Specialist including: Periodical Commercial Cleaning Maintenance Grounds maintenance Training is provided; however, experience in these roles is a significant advantage. An ASAP start is preferred. Hours on offer minimum of 20 hours per week, flexed up to 40 based on market and job demand. Hours are flexible and can vary between Monday and Sunday, 6am-6pm, sometimes earlier. Pay rates are competitive and will be based on the experience and start-readiness you can bring to the role. Location Sunshine Coast & Brisbane-based jobs Considerations Ability to learn onsite cloud-based apps for job management Attention to detail and ability to identify improvements Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role Current police clearance certificate is mandatory due to the nature of the job Current White card Own reliable transport to factory Willingness to travel to different locations (in company vehicle) Good communication skills and fluent in English Ability to work autonomously; excellent eye for detail; work to achieve a very high standard Be adaptable to change and respond to high-quality client needs Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently, either independently or as part of a team Experience with the following will be held in high regard: Commercial cleaning equipment Window cleaning Job Type: Casual Pay: $31.22 – $39.33 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30 per week Experience: Commercial cleaning & maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
