Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Doors Maintenance Technician to join our clients dedicated team in Canberra. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment, ensuring the reliability and performance of Automatic Doors, Roller Shutters, and Gates across a variety of sites, from residential buildings to large commercial structures. What You’ll Be Doing: Responding to breakdowns and service requests for Automatic Doors, Roller Shutters, and Gates Performing preventive maintenance and repairs to keep equipment in optimal condition Ensuring all work is completed in line with company safety, quality, and operational standards Building strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and technical expertise Participating in an on-call rotational roster for urgent service needs What We’re Looking For: Experience in the automatic doors industry is preferred but not essential A restricted or full electrical license is required Previous exposure to breakdowns and troubleshooting is highly regarded A commitment to safety, quality, and customer service Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team A full driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
