Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive FIFO Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our remote FIFO camp. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring the safety and comfort of all camp residents on a 2/2 Roster. Plenty of opportunities for career progression 2 & 2 roster with accommodation, food etc. supplied Access to onsite facilities such as Gym, pool etc. where applicable Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventative and reactive maintenance. Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Requirements: Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a FIFO or remote environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications. Valid WA Manual Drivers License.
