Job Description What will you be doing: In this role you will help to maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings, using safe working practices, protecting the asset and ensuring it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all customers both internal and external. Qualifications Your Skills and experience include: Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant and equipment systems. Relevant license certification. Trade qualification within the construction industry preferable. Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies. Good written and verbal communication skills. Used to working as part of a small team. Self-motivated person who takes a proactive approach to work and is punctual and reliable. Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts.
