We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at Erskine Park, NSW , working closely with the plant’s production department. This is a critical leadership role within the Site Management Team, blending hands-on maintenance with strategic oversight. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all plant equipment, meeting performance targets and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include: Implement and uphold WH&S procedures, ensuring all work activities are conducted safely with hazards identified and controlled. Oversee operational maintenance of plant and equipment in line with Standard Operating Procedures and statutory requirements. Manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with site teams to enhance awareness and understanding of plant, equipment, and safety measures. Lead, mentor, and support your team, driving performance through regular training and structured performance reviews. Actively participate in Toolbox Talks, contributing to solutions for operational and HSEQ challenges. About you: Trade qualification in an engineering/mechanical discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance within manufacturing, mineral processing, or heavy industry. Proven frontline supervisory or management experience. Strong understanding of Lean Principles and experience managing a proactive preventative maintenance program. Valid Driver’s Licence. Current Forklift Licence, Elevated Work Platform Licence, and Confined Space Licence (as required). Ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
